The Ride has an unique and powerful improvisational rock quartet. They have been performing ever increasingly at numerous venues and clubs throughout the Northeast. The Ride was conceived in 2002 but did not take its true form until the fall of 2004. The lineup: guitar (Jesse Colognesi), keys (Rick Umlah), bass (Davis Thurston), and drums (Evan Honsberger), weaves elements of improvisation, rock, and dance music to create their infectious sound, and have been steadily gaining recognition throughout the music community.
